Our mission is to provide a broad-based business education with specialised options in many fields. Contemporary management requires a strategic international as well as a domestic application.
It involves an understanding of workings of business and factors influencing successful management in both public and private sectors. Managers need to understand organizational behaviour and group dynamics, and motivating factors that influence desired social and ethical behaviour in business and administration.
It is these kinds of multiple knowledge-bases and multi-skills of contemporary manager that the College aims to provide. Graduates can seek employment in functional management or professional positions across the whole economy.
Recognising that management task is rapidly changing, and that knowledge, skills and competencies quickly become obsolete, the College provides its students with a critical and evaluative theoretical grounding in management, experiential programs, and capacity to diagnose organizational policy, social and global situations.
The course curriculum places considerable emphasis on the development and use of analytical and decision-making skills as well as direct application of such skills to actual work. To date (as of 1st May 2008), we have 3 batch of Diploma Business Administration students.
