The academic pathway for CTH Diploma in Hotel Management offers wide flexibility due to its focus on practical experience and the importance of training.
Placement
Hence in Portman, we focus not only on theoretical studies but also to ensure that students will have the chance to seek training opportunity in a vibrant market which focuses on practical experience.
After the completion of a year in CTH Diploma Hotel Management in Portman, students will have the privilege under Portman's agreement with its collaboration institution to obtain work experience and training locally or in Singapore.
Students will be placed in a hotel, restaurant or country club and will be remunerated with allowance. The job is equivalent to an internship or a job placement.
CTH Advanced Dilpoma
Students will then resume another year of CTH Advanced Diploma in Portman College or Boston Business School Singapore after the training. Students can then proceed to thier Degree studies or they have the option to stay back resume working in Singapore if the employers wishes them to stay.
